Dario Andriotto
Dario Andriotto (born October 25, 1972 in Busto Arsizio , Italy ) is a former Italian cyclist .
In 1991 Dario Andriotto finished second in the Italian championship in the individual time trial , and third in the following year. At the UCI Road World Championships in Agrigento in 1994 he was world champion in the team time trial , together with Gianfranco Contri , Luca Colombo and Cristian Salvato . In 1997 he became Italian champion in the individual time trial.
Andriotto drove several times in the Giro d'Italia , the Vuelta a España and once the Tour (144th place in the overall standings), but could neither win a stage nor place himself at the top of the overall standings. At the end of the 2010 season, he ended his career as a professional cyclist after 15 years.
