Algot Lönn (born December 18, 1887 in Eskilstuna ; † April 3, 1953 ibid) was a Swedish cyclist and Olympic champion in cycling .

Athletic career

Lönn was with the Swedish team at the Olympic Summer Games in Stockholm in 1912 in the team classification of the Olympic road race. Ragnar Malm , Axel Wilhelm Persson and Johan Erik Friborg drove with him for Sweden . He was classified in 10th place in the race that was won by the South African Rudolph Lewis . Lönn was the fourth-best Swede (four drivers from each team made it into the team standings) and secured the gold medal with the time he had driven.
