Dennis Russ (born June 5, 1992 in Weingarten ) is a former German soccer player who was under contract with FSV Frankfurt .
Career
Russ began his adult career with the second team of SC Freiburg , for which he was active until 2011 in the youth. After four seasons with the second team of the SC in the regional league, he moved to the Franconian third division promoted Würzburger Kickers in summer 2015 . On July 25, 2015, he made his debut in a goalless draw against SV Wehen Wiesbaden in the 3rd football league , and scored his first professional goal on August 25 against the second team of VfB Stuttgart .
During the 2017 winter break , Russ moved to FSV Frankfurt . The club rose at the end of the season after filing for bankruptcy in the Regionalliga Südwest and Russ left the club again.
Due to a serious knee injury, Russ had to end his career.
