The  Denver Dynamite  were an  arena football team from Denver, Colorado that played in the  Arena Football League  (AFL). The Dynamite played their home games in the McNichols Sports Arena .

history

The Dynamite were founded in 1987 and were a founding member of the AFL, which was also founded in 1987. The founder was an American businessman named Sidney Schlenker. They were 1,987 in her first year Arena Bowl champion, making them the first champions league history.

In 1988 the Dynamite stopped playing. The reason for this was Schlenker's displeasure with the league's financial rules. So he sold the franchise to the investment banker Gary Graham. According to a report, he paid $ 125,000.

For the next three years the Dynamite could reach the postseason every year. Another title shouldn't be added.

In 1991 the franchise was dissolved. Denver would receive another arena football franchise between 2003-2008, the Colorado Crush founded by John Elway .
