Roudnice nad Labem depot

The depot of Roudnice nad Labem (also Hortfund of Roudnice nad Labem ) is a depot of the Early Bronze Age Aunjetitz culture from Roudnice nad Labem in Ústecký kraj , Czech Republic . It dates between 2000 and 1800 BC. The depot is now in the National Museum in Prague .

Find history

The depot was discovered before 1900. The exact location and the circumstances of the find are unknown. Individual finds of bronze objects from the Aunjetitz culture are also known from Roudnice.

composition

The depot consists of three bronze eyelet neck rings . These are made from a thin wire with a circular cross-section. The ends are tapered and narrowed . The surfaces are slightly faceted . A ring is (modern?) Deformed.
