The tenancy law advisor (MietRB) is one of the publishing houses Dr. Otto Schmidt KG is a legal specialist journal and is aimed at lawyers who mainly work in tenancy and residential property law, in particular lawyers , judges and notaries .

The tenancy law advisor focuses on residential and commercial tenancy law, residential property law, and related areas of law, e.g. B. As a consultancy magazine, the MietRB gives an overview of the current case law and deals with problems of advisory and litigation practice with short articles . The report section "MietRBinformativ" provides short messages with information about current developments in case law and legislation and the current consumer price index .
