The tenancy law advisor (MietRB) is one of the publishing houses Dr. Otto Schmidt KG is a legal specialist journal and is aimed at lawyers who mainly work in tenancy and residential property law, in particular lawyers , judges and notaries .

The tenancy law advisor focuses on residential and commercial tenancy law, residential property law, and related areas of law, e.g. B. Broker and property developer law and lease law as well as insolvency law , tax law , procedural law and cost law , foreclosure with reference to rental or residential property law .
As a consultancy magazine, the MietRB gives an overview of the current case law and deals with problems of advisory and litigation practice with short articles . The case law is prepared by a permanent team of authors - consisting of lawyers who are practically active in tenancy law and WEG law : A decision is reproduced in its essential features and enriched with brief descriptions of the consequences for practice and with further advice. The full texts of the decisions discussed are available on the journal's homepage.
The report section "MietRBinformativ" provides short messages with information about current developments in case law and legislation and the current consumer price index .
