The path of thunder
The Path of Thunder ( Azerbaijani İldırımlı yollarla ) is a ballet in three pictures by the Azerbaijani composer Qara Qarayev (music). The libretto is by Yuri Slominski and the choreography by Konstantin Sergejew . The story follows the novel "The Path of Thunder" by Peter Abrahams . Valeriy Dorrer took care of the equipment. The work premiered on January 4, 1958 at the Kirov Theater in Leningrad with Natalia Dudinskaya and Konstantin Sergejew in the leading roles.
