The stupid August is a German-speaking punk band .
history
The band was founded in Cologne in 2012 . The original line-up consisted of Berten (guitar, vocals), Hasan (bass), Emre (guitar) and Achim (drums). Hasan was replaced by Dani on bass in 2014. In 2017 Achim was replaced by Frank and Emre by Caro. Stupid August plays melodious, German-speaking pop-punk. In their texts, they primarily deal with interpersonal relationships and love.
