The Desgras Balata River is one of the northernmost rivers on the northern tip of Dominica . It rises in the area of the eponymous Desgras Balata Estate in Parish Saint Andrew and arises from two source streams. After a mile and a half to the north, it flows into the Caribbean Sea at Pointe Reposoir . Directly to the east is the catchment area of the Delaford River .
