The Delaford River is one of the northernmost rivers on the northern tip of Dominica . It rises at the pass of Bellevue Mountain near the Northern Link Road between Penville and Savanne Paile in the Parish Saint Andrew and flows north, in the area of the eponymous Delaford Estate and flows into the Caribbean after a steep descent north of the settlement of La Haut at Point Carib Sea . Directly to the east is the catchment area of the Demitrie River .
