Detlef Schlegel
Detlef Schlegel (born February 14, 1964 in Roßwein ) is a German chef.
Career
After completing his training, Schlegel trained as a master chef in 1991 . In 1992 he went to Brenners Parkhotel in Baden-Baden and in 1993 to Landhaus Noss on Sylt . In 1994 he moved to the Grand Hotel Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken , Switzerland, and in 1995 to Robert Speth's Chesery in Gstaad , also in Switzerland.
He has been the patron of the Stadtpfeiffer in Leipzig since 2001 , where he has been awarded a Michelin star and 17 Gault Millau points for years .
