Detlev Braasch

Detlev Braasch (* the thirtieth June 1939 in Mücheln ) is a German politician of the CDU . He was a member of the Thuringian state parliament from the 2nd electoral term 1994–1999 to the 3rd electoral term 1999–2004 .

After graduating from high school in 1957, Braasch trained as a toolmaker by 1960 . In 1992 he became unemployed due to an operational dismissal from the company in Wiehe where he was employed. This was followed by fixed-term employment contracts with the Wiehe city administration until 1994.

In 1994 Braasch graduated as an administrative specialist after completing a special course for municipal electoral officers.

In 1974 Braasch joined the CDU and from 1994 to 2004 he was a member of the Thuringian state parliament.

Braasch lives in Wiehe . He is Protestant, married and has a daughter.
