Detlev Lehmann

Detlev Lehmann (born July 16, 1954 in Stendal ) is a German politician ( SPD ). From 1990 to 1998 he was a member of the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament .

Education and life

After attending secondary school, Detlev Lehmann completed vocational training as a mechanic with a high school diploma . He then completed his studies at the TU Magdeburg as a Dipl.-Ing. Automation technology and worked since 1983 in the planning of CNC machines and IT systems.

Detlev Lehmann is married and has three children.

politics

Detlev Lehmann joined the SDP in December 1989 after the fall of the Berlin Wall and became chairman of the Genthin SPD local association and chairman of the state party council in Saxony-Anhalt. In the first state election in Saxony-Anhalt in 1990, he was elected to the state parliament via the state list. As a candidate for the SPD, he became the first district administrator in the Jerichower Land district in 1994 and remained so until the district election in 2001.
