Detten (noble family)
Detten is the name of a noble family from the Münsterland .
history
The gender appears for the first time with Berndt von Detten († 1534), with whom the family line begins. An agnatic connection with the lords of Detten, who died around 1400, of other coats of arms on Schapdetten near Munster cannot be proven.
The family was raised to the knightly aristocracy on April 26, 1803 under the award of the coat of arms previously used .
coat of arms
The coat of arms shows in blue an armored arm growing out of a white cloud on the left edge, which holds seven golden ears of wheat. On the helmet with blue-silver ceiling , the seven ears of wheat between open, right silver left blue flight .
