Deutsches Autorecht (DAR) is a German specialist journal on traffic law . The magazine is published by the General German Automobile Club (ADAC) and appears monthly in the ADAC publishing house in Munich .

The first issues from 1926 were supplements to the membership magazine " ADAC Motorwelt ". "The right of the driver" was later absorbed in DAR.

Today the journal mainly contains articles and case law reports on traffic, liability , insurance , consumer protection , labor , tax and international law .
