When she is playing in the garden with her parents, the girl Asahi Arisa ( 朝日 ア リ サ ) is suddenly sucked from modern Japan into a strange world. There she is picked up by the siblings Subaru and Shina in the forest and taken in by their parents. Your new environment turns out to be medieval Japan. Subaru tries to help Asahi in the new world. But when the girl goes to a festival, she is chosen there as a sacrifice to the water god. When she is finally alone with him, he takes a liking to her and chooses her as his future wife. Until then, he doesn't want to let her go, even if Asahi is against it. In Subaru, who blames himself for the victim and wants to help her, she has her only ally in this world.

The manga was published in Cheese magazine from February 2015 to January 2019 ! of the Shogakukan publishing house . He brought out the chapters in five volumes. These sold between 15,000 and 20,000 times in the first week after publication.

A German translation of the series has been published by Kazé Germany since April 2020 . An English version is published by Viz Media and a Chinese version is published by Tong Li Publishing .
