Die Schwindligen 15 was a brass orchestra from Bavaria .
The formation was founded in 1994 by its musical director Alexander Pfluger and some comrades from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Mountain Music Corps . After 25 years, the group decided to split up and gave their last concert in October 2019. The last 21-piece orchestra performed mainly in southern Germany and Vorarlberg . The repertoire ranged from Bohemian-Moravian brass music to Schlager to rock and pop , mostly composed or arranged by Pfluger .
The line- up consisted of Eb and B flat clarinet , trumpet , flugelhorn , tenor horn , baritone , trombone , tuba and percussion . Vocals, electric guitar and electric bass were added as required .
The dizzy 15 played u. a. on the Woodstock of brass music .
