Diedrich Precht

Diedrich Precht (born November 25, 1811 in Jübber ; † November 23, 1890 ) was a farmer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Precht first attended public schools and later pursued private studies. From 1840 he was a farmer in Jübber and from 1853 a member of the Hanoverian Estates Assembly as a representative of the largest real estate until 1855, when the chamber of nobility was restored. From 1864 he was again a member of the 1st Chamber as a deputy for the rural communities until it was dissolved in 1866 after the kingdom was occupied by Prussian troops.

From 1874 to 1878 he was a member of the German Reichstag in Berlin for the constituency of the Province of Hanover 6 ( Hoya , Verden ) and the National Liberal Party .
