Dieter Wende
Dieter Wende (born March 30, 1938 in Berlin ) is a German journalist and author in the GDR .
Dieter Wende studied journalism at the University of Leipzig and then worked as a foreign policy editor for the Junge Welt . In this role he reported from China, Vietnam and Western Europe. From 1972 he worked as a correspondent in Moscow until 1981 , first for the Berliner Zeitung and later for the weekly Horizont . He then worked as a foreign policy correspondent for the Wochenpost .
