Dietrich Klimetzek

Dietrich Klimetzek (born December 30, 1944 in Lubliniec , then Loben , Poland under German occupation ) is a German biologist specializing in forest zoology and entomology .

Life

Dietrich Klimetzek studied forest science at the University of Freiburg from 1964 to 1968 . After a doctorate (1972) and a major forest state examination (1974), he completed his habilitation in 1982 , also at the University of Freiburg. He has been teaching there since 1987 as an adjunct professor of forest zoology and entomology.
