Diexi
Diexi ( Chinese 叠 溪镇 , Pinyin Diéxī Zhèn ) is a large community in Mao County in the Ngawa Autonomous District (Aba) in Sichuan Province , People's Republic of China . In 2000 it had 2,697 inhabitants.
The old town of Diexi was completely destroyed by the Diexi earthquake of 1933, which was named after it, and it sank in Lake Diexi .
