Reason: I think this advisory board is not independently relevant. Some of the advisory bodies of the federal government certainly have an independent meaning, this probably does not fall under it. The Digital Council BMVg was founded on May 16, 2019 in the Federal Ministry of Defense in Berlin. He is to advise the Federal Minister of Defense on the digital transformation of the Bundeswehr . Together with the digital laboratory and the digital gallery , the Digital Council BMVg is part of the so-called digital campus , on which internal and external innovation actors are to be linked.

Members

The six permanent members were selected for a two-year term, the 2019-2021 session. In addition to the permanent members, two other members (one representative from the " start-up scene", one representative from the German Armed Forces) should be brought in if necessary .
