Dill potatoes
Dill potatoes are a classic side dish. It mainly consists of potatoes and dill .
There are two ways to prepare it:
- Prepare even, small potatoes as boiled potatoes , coat with melted butter and sprinkle generously with chopped dill. In this preparation they are similar to the parsley potatoes .
- Cut the jacket potatoes into slices, add the béchamel sauce, depending on the recipe, with sour cream or lemon juice and a little onions steamed in butter, cook the potato slices in the sauce and serve sprinkled with plenty of chopped dill
