Parsley potatoes
Parsley potatoes , in Austria also parsley potatoes , are a side dish of the classic cuisine made from potatoes , parsley and butter .
There are two ways to prepare it:
- Prepare even, small potatoes as boiled potatoes , cover with melted butter and sprinkle generously with chopped parsley. In this form they are similar to the dill potatoes .
- Peel the small potatoes as round as possible, fry them in butter until golden brown, finish cooking in meat stock with plenty of parsley, without sprinkling the stock with chopped parsley and serve
