Four Dimensions - The Time Has Come is a 2009 surf film. The name Four Dimensions refers to the four windsurfers in the film.

With Victor Fernandez , Gollito Estredo , Marcilio Browne and André Paskowski, four of the world's best windsurfers surf in seven locations around the world in the disciplines of freestyle and wave. The individual surfers are partly portrayed in the course of the film and introduced in an interview. The main film has a running time of around 30 minutes. As extras there are five short films ("2 for Ten", "Stacked", "Roadtrip", "Friends and Slams" and "Samba") by Andre Paskowski, a trick book in which some wave and freestyle tricks are presented and explained Interviews with Francisco Goya and Josh Stone included.

The film is one of the most elaborately produced in the history of surfing films. For example, it was partly filmed from two helicopters, which enabled special effects. Filming locations were Hamburg , Cape Verde Islands , Maui , Egypt , Fuerteventura , Gran Canaria and Brazil . The project took eight months from brainstorming to premiere.
