Dimitar Polyanov
Dimitar Poljanow , actually Dimitar Ivanov Popow , ( Bulgarian Димитър Полянов ; born October 18, 1876 in Karnobat , † September 25, 1953 in Sofia ) was a Bulgarian writer.
Polyanov is considered to be the founder of socialist poetry in Bulgaria in the 1890s. Later work was also shaped by his political attitude. He was awarded the Dimitrov Prize.
