Dina Eduardowna Galiakbarowa ( Russian Дина Эдуардовна Галиакбарова ; born November 2, 1991 in Bishkek , Kyrgyzstan ) is a Russian saber fencer and two-time world champion.

Dina Galiakbarowa won several Junior World Cup tournaments in 2009 and 2010 as well as the 2010 Junior World Championships in Baku in singles. At the 2010 World Fencing Championships in Paris, she fought among the active players in the Russian saber team and became world champion for the first time. In 2011 she won again the fencing world championships in Catania with the team and the junior world championships in individual, in addition the U23 individual European championship and was junior team European champion. At the European Fencing Championships 2012 in Legnano and the 2012 World Fencing Championships in Kiev, she won with the team. 2013 she won several assets World Cup tournaments as well with the team, the European Fencing Championships in Zagreb, at the World Fencing Championships , she was with the team just with 44:45 second behind the Ukrainian team. In 2014 she became European team champion in Strasbourg .
