Dirk Schultheiss

Dirk Schultheiss (* 1966 ) is a German urologist. He deals in a special way with the history of his subject.

Life

From 1986 to 1993 Schultheiss studied medicine at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg . In 1994 he was promoted to Dr. med. PhD. He began his specialist training in urology and surgery at the St. Gallen Cantonal Hospital in 1993/94 . In 1995 he moved to the Hannover Medical School , where he became a specialist in urology (1999) and senior physician. In 2004 he completed his habilitation. With his wife he founded in 2006 in casting a group practice of dermatology and urology. He is an attending physician at a Gießen clinic . In 2009 he was appointed associate professor .
