The distance stone is a listed milestone in the Grube Ferdinande district in the municipality of Petersberg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located at the northern entrance to Grube Ferdinande, on the west side of Magdeburger Chaussee, which is part of the L 50 from Halle (Saale) to Morl to the north and beyond towards Magdeburg . The distance stone is located 10 Prussian miles from Magdeburg.

Design and history

The distance stone is a Prussian all-mile obelisk of the Magdeburg type. It was built around 1800 on the Chaussee leading from Magdeburg to Halle (Saale). It is registered as a distance stone in the local monument register.
