Disciplinary Commission of the Roman Curia

The Disciplinary Commission of the Roman Curia ( Latin Commissio pro disciplina Curiæ Romanæ , Italian Commissione Disciplinare della Curia Romana ) is a body of the Roman Curia for the imposition of disciplinary punishments against employees of the Roman Curia. Pope John Paul II founded the committee on October 5, 1981.

Consisting of a chairman and six members, who are appointed by the Pope for five years, it determines disciplinary penalties such as:

Until 2010, the President of the Pontifical Council for the Interpretation of Legal Texts headed the commission.
