Division I (chess) 1958
The Division I in 1958 was the ninth Swedish team championship in chess ( Allsvenskan ) while the sixth host in a league mode with ascent and descent.

The competitions were held in Stockholm on November 1st and 2nd .
Tournament course
The SK Rockaden defeated all competitors and defended his title. The second Stockholm club, the promoted Stockholm Södra SS , achieved relegation, while the Schackkamraterna Solna had to relegate as well as the second promoted team from Skåne .
