The tournament was divided into a preliminary round and a final round. The eight participating teams first played a simple round-robin tournament . The first four played for the title in Poule Haute , the last four in Poule Basse against relegation. The total of the team points (2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a defeat), then the direct comparison and then the number of board points (3 points for a win, 2 points for a Draw, 1 point for a loss, 0 points for a loss without a fight). For the final placement, both the points from the preliminary round and the points from the final round were taken into account.

The competitions were held on October 5 and 19, November 9 and 23, December 14, 2014, January 11, February 1, March 1, 15 and 29, 2015.
Preliminary round
Gambit Bonnevoie, De Sprénger Echternach, The Smashing Pawns Bieles and Cercle d'échecs Dudelange had already qualified for the Poule Haute before the last round.
While the relegation of Le Cavalier Differdange and the relegation of Les pions Perlé were determined ahead of time, the decision on places 6 and 7 was only made by direct comparison.
