Dobri Christow
Dobri Hristov ( bulg . Добри Христов * 14. December 1875 in Varna , † 23. January 1941 in Sofia ) was a Bulgarian composer ; he composed mainly church and orchestral music.
Christow graduated from the Prague Conservatory in 1903 under Antonín Dvořák . He then returned to Bulgaria and helped develop the Bulgarian musical culture; he used numerous elements of Bulgarian folklore .
