Dogrib ( Tłı̨chǫ or Tłįchǫ Yatiì ) is an Athabaskan language used by the Dogrib - Indians in Canadian territory Northwest Territories is spoken. According to statistics in Canada , in 1999 there were approximately 2,085 people whose first language is Dogrib.
The language region of Dogrib covers the northern coast of the Great Slave Lake , reaching almost as far as the Great Bear Lake . Rae-Edzo is the largest municipality in the Dogrib region.
