Doktor Allwissend (real name Borja Schwember ; born May 7, 1976 in Berlin ) is a German comedian and YouTuber who became famous through his web videos . In 2014 he won the German Web Video Award in the “FAQ” category for his video “Where Shyness Comes From”.

With blue horn-rimmed glasses , a light blue shirt and tie, Schwember comments under the pseudonym Doktor Allwissend comments from users of his channel on the video platform YouTube . The embarrassment of one's own parents or the peculiarity of talking to oneself are packaged ironically. Schwember also produces videos in which he answers several questions, although these are older and are no longer produced.

Schwember's doctor-all-knowing videos always take place against the same background after a changing initial phase. The videos were shot in front of a white Expedit shelf in the Greifswald apartment. The shelf was stocked with different content depending on the topic. Often old cameras, books related to the subject of the video or signs and stuffed animals ( brown monkey and the cat's ball of wool ) could be seen. Since the turn of the year 2013/2014, the film has been filmed in a Berlin apartment. Here the background consisted of a white desk in front of a white wall. On the desk was a dark gray book that said Cafe , an iMac, and a small box with a lock. He later shot his videos again in front of a shelf.

While Schwember initially shot his clips with simple means in his own apartment and there was no production team behind him, he was supported from December 2013 to 2016 by the YouTube network Endemol beyond, in whose Berlin studio his videos have also been shot since September 2014.

Schwember was a guest at fan meetings, such as VideoDay , and gave autographs. Its main channel has over 50 million views and has over 400,000 subscriptions. The trained chef and communication scientist earns his living, among other things, with displayed advertisements. In his second channel Borja , Schwember u. a. Vlogs and outtakes for his videos in the main channel. On Trigger.tv he moderated the series Die Kriminalität von A to Z until December 2013 and also several videos aimed at parents for the YouTube channel “Survival Guide”. Since 2014 he has moderated the series “DAK-Startklar: Become omniscient!” For DAK-Gesundheit, for which viewers can ask questions about training, studies and careers. For a short time from 2014 to 2015 he ran the comedy channel Zirp & Zirp together with the Youtuber Die Klugscheisserin (bourgeois Lisa Ruhfus) .

Schwember has been featured in the knowledge magazine Yps - Die Sendung since December 2013 , in which he appears as Dr. Omniscient gets its own rubric. At the beginning of February 2014 he took on a role in the television series Das Studio , which was shot in the Bavaria film studios .
