The Doktorschlössl , formerly also called Radaun Castle, is located in the Glas district of Salzburg (Glaser Straße 7).

The property is mentioned as being owned by the Nonnberg Monastery in 1116 . The Hof zu Glas is then in the hands of various rural and middle-class owners. The name of the Schlössl was derived from the owner Franz Mayr around 1670, high princely physician to Archbishop Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau and son-in-law of the cathedral builder Santino Solari . Today it is a three-star hotel.

The cubic-looking Schlössl has three floors, at the corners there are four small hexagonal turrets, which stem from the renovation carried out by Baron von Fuchs in 1879. The house is covered with a crooked roof. The ground floor is reinforced by buttresses. On the east side there is on the ground floor and on the first floor three arched windows each forming an arcade front.
