Dolmen Pérignagols
The Dolmen Pérignagols 1 and 2 (Dolmen no. 2 also known as Dolmen de Séveyrac) are located in the southwest of Salles-la-Source , in Aveyron in the Région Occitan in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for Neolithic megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The Dolmen 1 is located on a roadway on a small hill in the north of the runway from the airport Rodez-Marcillac . The chamber, which is defined by three megaliths, is open on both sides and has internal dimensions of around 4.0 by 2.0 meters. The egg-shaped, split capstone measures around 4.0 by 4.0 meters and protrudes far on the side. The dolmens in the Aveyron often occur in groups and 92% of all dolmens are made of limestone slabs .
The similarly constructed Dolmen 2 (or de Séveyrac) is completely overgrown.
The Dolmen du Genévrier , de Montaubert 1 , de Saint-Antonin and des Vézinies 1 - 4 are also in the village . The dolmens in the Aveyron often occur in groups and 92% of all dolmens are made of limestone slabs .
