The Dolmen del Cap de l'Home is located in the Parc Megalític de Roses near the street “Carrer de Pitàgoras” in the east of Roses near Figueres , in the Comarca Alt Empordà in Catalonia in Spain .

About 2700 BC The gangway dolmen , created in the 3rd century BC, has five bearing stones, two on each long side and one on the narrow side. A bearing stone has been restored. The capstone lies at an angle.

The approximately 1.5 m high dolmen was first excavated in 1919 and remains of pottery and bones were found. During the 1946 excavation, shards, pieces of soapstone necklaces and a piece of handcrafted ceramics were discovered. The dolmen was restored in 1983.

From here a hiking trail leads to the better preserved dolmen Llit de la Generala, only 100 meters away .
