Recoules dolmen

The Dolmen of Recoules (also called Dolmen of Champ Bassuse) is located about 300 m east of the D26 road, north of Joursac near Saint-Flour in the Cantal department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ). Only the large, thick ceiling slab of the sunken dolmen is visible.

The dolmen has been classified as a monument historique since 1992 .

Nearby is the Touls dolmen .
