Dolomite marble
Dolomite marble is a carbonate rock that mainly consists of the mineral dolomite . It is a little more acid-resistant than normal marble. It can often be recognized by the bronze-colored shimmering mica ( phlogopite ). The easily split type of natural stone Palisandro is a typical representative of dolomite marble. Petrographically , it is a metamorphic rock that is created by the transformation ( metamorphosis ) of dolomite (rock) , in the interior of the earth through heat and pressure.

He can like normal marble z. B. for sculptures, on buildings, for interior work or as a tombstone.
