Dom Joly
Dominic John Joly (born November 15, 1968 in Beirut , Lebanon ) is a British comedian and producer. He was best known for his television series Trigger Happy TV .
Life
Dom Joly was born in Lebanon and therefore speaks English and Arabic and French . After his parents divorced in 1987, his mother moved with him to England , where he graduated from Oxford . He began his media career as an errand boy for MTV in London , later he worked as a researcher for the comedy show The Mark Thomas Comedy Product . In the late 1990s, he began working on Trigger Happy TV , which first aired on UK television channel Channel 4 .
Dom Joly is married to Stacey, a Canadian graphic designer, and has a daughter named Parker and a son named Jackson.
In fall / winter 2010 he took part in I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! , the British equivalent of I'm a Star - Get Me Out of Here! , part.
