Domagoj Surać (born March 4, 1984 in Zadar ) is a Croatian handball player .

Career

Born in Yugoslavia, he played for RK Gortan Zadar until the 2007/08 season until he moved to EMC Split for the 2008/09 season. After only one season in the Croatian first division, he moved to the Italian first division club HC Teramo Handball for the 2009/10 season . At the end of the season, his career took him back to his home country to RK Gortan Zadar. Between 2011/12 and 2014/15 Surać played for Union Leoben in the Handball League Austria . In 2015/16 he was signed by the league competitor Moser Medical UHK Krems . Already in March 2016, Alpla HC Hard announced the commitment of the circuit for the 2016/17 season, so the Croat only played one season in Krems . In 2016/17 , the right-hander secured the Austrian championship title. After the 2017/18 season , the Croatian's contract was not extended. For the 2018/19 season, the circle runner is returning to his youth club RK Zadar. In January 2019 the right-hander was signed by JS Cherbourg.
