Dominhate is an Italian death metal band from Pordenone that was formed in 2008.

history

The band, founded in 2008, emerged from the decay remnants of the group Esequie, which in turn was active from 2005 to 2008. The line-up initially consisted of guitarist Alex Barosco, bassist and singer Steve and drummer Michele "Mik". The latter left the group in summer 2009 and was replaced by Slippy. In 2011 the guitarist Jesus completed the line-up. About The Spew Records , a sub-label of Punishment 18 Records , in 2014 released their debut album, Towards the Light , which in 2016 over lava domes Productions , the EP Emissaries of Morning joined.

style

Jacob Dawson from metal-temple.com wrote in his review of Towards the Light that aggressive Death Metal can be heard on it, although you can hear the members of a certain maturity. The singing consists of deep growls . The songs would only differ in small details, only the last song offered a little more variety. Jay S from teethofthedivine.com described the music of Emissaries of Morning as brutal Death Metal, in which the group is quite experienced and can offer even more than just double bass , a high playing speed and deep growls. The music reminds a bit of the old band catalog of Southern Lord , before processing riffs borrowed from Doom Metal . The following blastbeats and double bass might appeal to fans of Suffocation and Deicide . In the songs, a high game speed and a technically high level of play would be balanced.
