Dominic Sanz (born July 7, 1991 in Blankenheim - Freilingen ) is a German pop singer who became known through the casting show The Voice of Germany .
biography
Sanz learned to play drums at the age of four. Later guitar and singing lessons as well as own performances were added. He played in several bands and has had his own band since 2008, the Dominic Sanz Band , with which he performs regionally.
In 2011 he applied to The Voice of Germany and was accepted into Xavier Naidoo's team. After surviving the Battle Round , he was eliminated in the first main round. His performance of the U2 song With or Without You then just made it into the German charts.
In autumn 2012 he took part in Naidoo's project Sing for your life . Dominic Sanz has been a member of the German music group Söhne Mannheims since summer 2013 .
