Dominik Markowitz
Dominik Markowitz (born June 23, 1987 in Mainz ) is a German chef .
Life
After his training in the restaurant “St. Urban ”at the Hotel Deidesheimer Hof , Markowitz worked in the“ Schwarzer Hahn ”restaurant before moving to Tim Meierhans and later Philipp Stein at the Favorite Restaurant in Mainz in 2011 .
Dominik Markowitz has been working in the le Corange restaurant in the Engelhorn KGaA fashion store since 2014 . In 2017, Le Corange under Markowitz received its first Michelin star as the chef . In 2016, Gault-Millau awarded 16 out of 20 possible points.
