Dominique Sylvain

Dominique Sylvain (born September 30, 1957 in Thionville , Moselle department ) is a French journalist and writer .

Life

Sylvain studied art at the University of Strasbourg and then worked as a journalist for the Journal du dimanche . She later switched to industry and worked for the Usinor concern .

Sylvain lived with her husband for some time in Singapore and Tokyo . After a short stay in France, she now (2013) lives again in Tokyo with her husband.

reception

Her cycle around the private detective Louise Morvan met with approval from both the public and critics from the very first volume. But her novels with the protagonists Lola Jost and Ingrid Diesel also quickly found an audience. In this series, it should not go unmentioned that Sylvain's story Effeuillage d'Automne virtually precedes the novels.
