Don Pedro Colley
Don Pedro Colley (born August 30, 1938 in Klamath Falls , Oregon - † October 11, 2017 ) was an American actor .
Colley went to Klamath Union High School, where he played football and was an athlete. As a discus thrower, he tried unsuccessfully to qualify for the 1960 Olympic Games. He later went to the University of Oregon and studied architecture.
By chance, Colley finally became a stage actor: friends asked him to please drive them to the theater for rehearsals. He was smuggled into the theater and appeared on stage in a smaller role. In the following five years he learned to act in various theater productions in San Francisco. In Germany, the actor is best known for his role as SRT in George Lucas science fiction film THX 1138 and for the feature film Return to the Planet of the Apes .
