Donaldas Kairys (FIBA World Championship, Turkey )
Donaldas Kairys (born March 6, 1977 in Šilutė , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian basketball coach and former basketball player.
Coaching career
Donaldas Kairys worked for the San Antonio Spurs , " Lietuvos rytas Vilnius ", PBK CSKA Moscow , BK Chimki as a scout and match analyst and since 2007 as a coaching assistant for the Lithuanian national basketball team . In spring 2007 he led a team at NKL from Šilutė, from 2009 he trained as head coach of ASK Riga .
In 2011 he was the national team coach at the 2011 European Basketball Championship .
