The vehicle was first presented at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2016 and has been on sale in China since December 2016.
Technical specifications
The SUV is powered by a 1.4-liter gasoline engine with 103 kW (140 PS) and is only available with front-wheel drive . The AX7 has a 6-speed manual transmission as standard, a 6-speed dual clutch transmission is available as an option. In autumn 2019, a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 110 kW (150 PS) added to the range of drives. This is also used in the Dongfeng Fengshen Yixuan limousine .
