The Donnachie-cliff is a 500 m high rock cliff on the Antarctic James Ross Island . On the Ulu Peninsula , it rises 0.5 km northeast of Back Mesa .
The British Antarctic Survey carried out geological surveys here between 1985 and 1986. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the cliff after Thomas Donnachie (1921–?), A radio operator for Operation Tabarin in Hope Bay between 1944 and 1945, in 1988 .
